Activating the straiv Integration in the straiv Admin Area


  1. Select the "Modules" menu item
  2. Select and open the "Chatbot" & "DialogShift" module


  1. Select "Settings"
  1. In the appearing pop-up, enter and save the App ID provided by DialogShift

  1. Activate the module by clicking on the disable button in the upper right corner. Then save
