Activating the straiv Integration in the straiv Admin Area
- Select the "Modules" menu item
Select and open the "Chatbot" & "DialogShift" module
- Select "Settings"
- In the appearing pop-up, enter and save the App ID provided by DialogShift
- Activate the module by clicking on the disable button in the upper right corner. Then save
