PMS integration with the DialogShift chat platform
If DialogShift is integrated with one of the compatible PMS systems, it is possible with a few steps to add DialogShift Chat as a return channel in Journey emails. A chat button is inserted into the emails that the guest receives before, during or after their hotel stay. Currently compatible PMSs are:
- MEWS
- Apaleo
Personalization of the greeting in the chat
In Journey emails, it is possible to greet the guest personally. Also, further information of his booking is available for the chat text.

Outlook: Journey Messaging with DialogShift
DialogShift is currently working on an expansion of journey messaging:
- Journey messaging via the WhatsApp channel
- Intelligent collection of the guest's WhatsApp consent
- Freely definable rules when, which message is sent to the guest via the DialogShift Platform
- The DialogShift chatbot answers a large part of the guest's replies automatically
