Hotel AI: Adding new FAQs
To add a new FAQ to your Hotel AI, navigate to the side menu on the left and select AI content.
There is a possibility that the content you want to add already exists in our database. If you find a suitable element, you can customize it and add it to your hotel AI database. Alternatively, you can also create a completely new question.
Add an existing FAQ from the database
- Search for an FAQ with relevant keywords.
- Adjust the response text. You can use the pre-made example texts. Afterward, you can modify the text as needed.
- To add a link to a webpage, click on Add URL Button.
- In the Button Title field, enter the name of the link.
- In the German/English URL field, insert the corresponding link.
- Save your changes.
Add your own FAQ
- Click on the New FAQ button.
- Enter the title of the question in the FAQ Name field. This will be displayed in the list on the left side.
- Assign the question to a category by selecting from the FAQ Category list.
- Enter the content in the text field.
- To add a link, click on Add URL Button.
- Enter the link name in the Button Title field.
- Insert the corresponding URL in the German/English URL field.
- Save your changes.
Notes:
- Active indicates whether the content is being used.
- If Auto-translate is enabled, the content only needs to be entered in the default language. The text will then be automatically translated into other languages. Otherwise, you must manually enter the texts in other languages (e.g., if you want to specify different wording for other languages).
- Using the Upload Media function, you can add an image or a short video.
