For the chat offer, we use a cookie which, if you agree, is stored on your terminal device. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your hard disk, assigned to the browser you are using. These cookies transfer information, e.g. about the use of a website, to the body that sets the cookie. In this case, this can be the website operator itself, but also the provider of the chat, DialogShift GmbH.
Cookies do not execute any programs and cannot transfer any viruses to your computer. Their main purpose is to make the website as a whole more user-friendly and effective, e.g. to save language and country settings so that they are available the next time you visit, but also to analyse the individual use of the website and other websites for marketing and optimisation purposes.

Provided the user has given consent, the chat application sets the cookie described below.

Identifies the chat user with an ID to show them their previous chat history. It also allows the live chat to be maintained if the user temporarily closes the browser. It does not build user profiles. It is not used for marketing purposes. |
Revocation of consent:
Consent to the setting of the cookie can be revoked at any time in the chat window. To do so, click on the biscuit symbol. In the following dialogue in Chat, you can revoke your consent. The cookie set will then be deleted and no further cookies will be set.
